Customer service is an integral part of Elca’s services and philosophy. In our approach customers must feel safisfied before, during and after purchasing our  products. Therefore, we follow each project with the utmost care, making available the expertise of our  technical department to prevent any problem and to solve any inconvenience.

We don’t just produce electronic boards and deliver a finished product. We also cooperate actively in all the stages following the supply requested. We specifically choose quality materials and take care of production with great attention to reliability and durability, to prevent and reduce service requests. Thanks to customer reports we can continuously refine products to make them more and more match expectations. In case of need, we are available to quickly solve technical problems.

We also follow the technological evolution and give the possibility to update our programmable cards. When a customer feels the need to renew production,  it is possible to intervene on the cards already produced, to modify and adapt them, without having to develop a completely new project.

To make our electronic boards even safer and more efficient, we carry out careful tests. Production tests are the best opportunity to demonstrate the value of the supply we are delivering. We carry out standard checks to observe the efficiency and validity of our products. We check the quality of the welds, the correct positioning of the electrical components and the absence of errors in the assembly. At the request of customers, we can carry out more specific tests, collaborating with important certification bodies. 

In order to preserve the goods, we have installed modern warehouses, equipped with temperature and humidity control systems, inside our company. We safely manage  the storage of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. We carefully plan material supply and control material flows to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production. We guarantee the correct management of shipment, using both company vehicles and national couriers. The logistics is carefully planned in order not to put at the risk the physical characteristics of the products and the punctuality of the deliveries.
