The inverter is a device that has radically changed automation in the industry.
In both industrial and civil sectors, inverters are increasingly used: static converters (DC / AC).
We find inverters in refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, microwave ovens, photovoltaic modules, battery chargers, power supplies and many other equipment. A rectifier transforms the alternating current of the 240 Volt and 50 Hz mains into direct current which, fed to an inverter, is converted into alternating current of suitable frequency and voltage. By using an inverter to power an electric motor, it is possible to control its speed taking into account the actual needs of the device to which it is connected.
