An even more efficient and powerful electronic card welding machine
Elca continuously invest in the technological development and and renewal of its machinery fleet to ensure that production is always up-to-date and timely.
In the coming days, a new extremely powerful electronic card welding machine will be installed in our factory. It will increase production capacity and reduce processing time, while maintaining high quality.
Thanks to SEHO nitrogen technology and the modularity of the system, the new welding machine will best support high production. The machine also allows you to make any type of change in configuration and can be equipped with different types of flushers.
The welding machine is a new generation product, designed to perform quality welding with attention to energy performance. The preheating area ensures a homogeneous preheating of the electronic boards and an excellent heat transfer, achieving a particularly high energy density and efficiency level. The configuration of the single ring emitters, instead of the use of entire segments, allows to have preheating temperatures dedicated to each individual card.
This setting condition allows to realize much shorter distances between the welding trolleys and, consequently, a high production volume with an excellent energy efficiency.
The welding process uses the double wave method that avoids the stress of the electronic board, thanks to a minimum temperature difference between the pre-heating zone and the well.
The machine is also equipped with the “dip-apron” system that reduces oxygen and oxide residues in the welding area, providing the best wettability conditions. In addition to the new welding machine, a welding line will be built inside the Elca plant dedicated to those productions that still require the use of lead tin.
