EL.C.A. manages the entire cycle of design and processing of electronic boards in Italy. Within its factory it carries out production, also on behalf of third parties, employing advanced microtechnologies for the assembly of surface components and high-tech equipment for welding, brazing, tropicalization and the completion of products.
It is able to perform both SMT machining for the assembly of surface mounting components, both PTH with manual intervention of qualified operators for the assembly of power components. On the cards of own design, to guarantee the correct realization, El.c.a. performs the testing and for some specific products uses the collaboration of special certifying bodies to certify the cards within certain operating ranges. The company is also ISO 9000 certified and IPC member, the international association that defines the standards of production and control for applied electronics.
To always be at the forefront of technological development and progress, EL.C.A. continuously renews the machinery and invests every year about 10% of the turnover in the purchase of new equipment.
It is also acquiring new skills in the key area for the near future of the Internet of things. Thanks to iot solutions it is possible to create Ethernet or Wi-fi interfaces for remote control, which allow you to intervene, change parameters and perform remote repairs.
